After a few years on hiatus I am super excited to share that our amazing benefit class and community giving event has returned to the Walnut Creek area Saturday July 20th 8-9:30am
We are collecting new/lightly worn bras and new wrapped feminine hygiene products July 1-20th in stores/studios to help support our local homeless women and foster girls in need as well as collecting items as the entrance fee for the July 20th free event.
Join us Saturday July 20th 8am for a yoga class with full sound bath led by me and Dimas Pino in the open air patio of Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek. As mentioned you will have the opportunity to give donation items as an entrance fee to the event as well as drop off at Athleta Walnut Creek Store or YogaWorks Walnut Creek studio during the above time frame.
I know that our community has great abundance and this simple kindness can have a huge impact on those friends who sometimes sit in the shadows that are in need. When we do good we feel good so I hope that you come and do good feel good with me and us. It would be great as well if you would share and gather your group of friends to rally. Let's make this the biggest most loving morning ever!
