ThanksGiving LIVE

This Thursday Thanksgiving 9:30am we will celebrate our community giving and loving sangha. We will move, sweat, heal with a sound bath- bowls and my new love Mr gong.

We will also be holding a silent auction out in the hallway (vintage FK tank tops, magical malas by Rhoda and more!) to raise funds for victims of the Paradise Fire, specifically for our beloved YogaWorks teacher Lizette Marx's parents who lost everything last week.

This Thursday is a loving culmination of our 20days sharing missives of gratitude and Fierce Kindness all month and also gathering food for our local Contra Costa Food bank. Thank you for the brimming barrel ready to go!

We create refuge together from the smoke filled air and fortify ourselves to be of better service in the world every time we come together.

I am so deeply grateful for our truly special community.
